Mark is an introvert with call reluctance who struggled deeply with traditional sales tactics when he started in the industry more than 40 years ago. 

He began experimenting with non-manipulative sales strategies and successfully acquired 1,243 clients… but even as #1 Top Producer he ran into a common business problem.

Mark is an ordinary guy Financial Advisor, with a heart to serve. With so many clients, he worked insane hours, sacrificing family and health… and he hated knowing that he was still under-serving his clients.

Trading hours for revenue suddenly seemed like a job, not a business. He was technically self-employed, but it was not sustainable or scalable.
